Our company started small with a dream, a goal, and a hammer. The dream was planted early in the owner's mind (Randy) at an early age. His belief was that he could do anything he set his mind to. His goal was to open his own construction business and acquire formal and informal training from some of the best companies in the U.S.

 

His goal was to treat his team and sub-contractors with dignity and genuine concern for their safety and wellbeing. He believes that meeting the goal of providing quality products and meeting the requirements of the contract in a timely manner would continue to set his company apart from other contractors in the field.

 

Over the past 20+years, our owner has gained valuable hands-on experience and training. Therefore, he is not just the owner and site project manager, but he can also walk the walk and talk the talk when he interacts with the customer to explain how he can complete the job(s) on schedule, with quality, and very competitive prices. He has over 20+ years of experience as a contractor and flooring specialist.

As a side note, Randy enjoys work when his work impacts those that are less fortunate and youth that are striving for success in this world and want to impact their community.
